Product Feature
The rebar upsetting technique USES the principle of cold heading to make the bar end plastic deformation, increase the diameter by 4mm, and then process the thread. It is the actual sectional area after processing is greater than the area of the original steel bar, which greatly improves the tensile strength of the joint. The thread joints after upsetting are all broken in the parent material, which is suitable for the engineering with high connection strength requirement.
(1) The operation is simple, the hydraulic electric control is controlled, and the professional mechanic is not required, and the operation can be started after short-term training.
(2) Increase the cross-sectional area of the end of the steel bar by 15% to 20%, so that the bottom diameter of the thread is not less than the diameter of the steel bar, and the tensile strength of the steel bar can be exerted by 110%.
(3) High production efficiency, 10-15 seconds upsetting 1 steel bar head.
(4) The processing of steel bars is wide and can be processed in accordance with the specifications of GB1499 or GB13014 standard of 16 to 32.
