SPC Rigid Core Flooring Features:
Rigid Core SPC Flooring is a high-performance composite flooring, an upgraded version of SPC (Stone Plastic Composite) flooring. It combines stone powder, polyvinyl chloride (PVC) and stabilizers, and is made through high temperature and high pressure processes. It has the characteristics of super stability, waterproofness, and wear resistance, and is widely used in home, commercial and industrial scenes.
SPC Rigid Core Flooring also has the advantages of SPC flooring, with super stability, and can maintain good performance even in public places with large traffic; waterproof and moisture-proof, can effectively prevent moisture penetration, will not deform, mold or rot due to moisture; sympathetic comfort, SPC flooring has a certain elasticity, soft and comfortable foot feel, will not feel stiff when walking on it, and can effectively relieve foot fatigue.

SPC Rigid Core Flooring Structural Description
UV Layer: Formed by ultraviolet curing process, it is waterproof, fireproof, antifouling, antibacterial, scratch-resistant, blocks ultraviolet rays, protects the internal structure and color of the floor, and delays aging and fading.
Wear Layer: Mostly transparent materials, such as high-molecular PVC materials, etc., with anti-slip properties, durable and able to resist daily friction and scratches, protecting the lower decorative film layer.
Decor Film: Using high-definition printing technology, highly simulates the texture pattern of natural materials, presents a realistic texture, gives the floor a rich appearance, and meets the needs of various decoration styles.
SPC Lock: Adopts lock plank design, glue-free installation, easy DIY operation, can make the floor panels tightly bite, easy and firm installation, and enhance overall stability.
Middle Basic Layer: High-density stone powder (60%-80%) + PVC + stabilizer, ultra-low thermal expansion and contraction rate (<0.05%), resistant to heavy pressure and no deformation, is the main load-bearing structure of the floor, providing strength and stability.
Bottom layer: Shock absorption, sound insulation, and moisture resistance. Improve the comprehensive environmental performance of the floor, protect the internal structure of the floor, and some can also enhance the comfort of the foot.
SPC Rigid Core Flooring Installation
SPC Rigid Core Flooring is installed using a floating method. This means that the floor strips are not glued or nailed, but rather interlocked through a sophisticated locking mechanism, creating a stable, seamless surface that expands and contracts naturally.

Long side oblique insertion and locking
- Align the long side tongue (raised part) of the floorboard with the long side groove (groove) of the laid floorboard at an angle of 30°.
- Insert obliquely and press down gently. A “click” sound indicates preliminary locking.

Short side sliding docking
- Keep the long side connected, and slide the short side tongue parallel to the short side groove of the adjacent floorboard.
- Push horizontally until both ends are completely aligned.

Short side soft hammer auxiliary locking
- Place a plastic knocking block at the short side joint (to protect the edge of the floorboard).
- Tap the knocking block with a soft rubber hammer to ensure that the short side is completely locked and eliminate slight gaps.

Comprehensive inspection
- Press the joint by hand to confirm that there is no looseness or warping.
- Repeat the above steps to complete the laying of the whole house.
